Introhive is currently looking for our next rockstar, Senior Customer Success Manager to join the Hive! We are a growing scale-up with loads of opportunity and a varied day-day that would keep anyone engaged and excited! This position can be located remotely within Canada or the US.

What to Expect:

The Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) will support the post-sales customer lifecycle as it relates to deployment, customer adoption, on-going support, maintaining satisfaction and ensuring retention.

What You’ll Do:

CSMs are an essential component to the Introhive family. They are responsible for requirements gathering, software deployment, training and support for each of their customers. As the chosen candidate you must have a strong understanding of our Customers’ business objectives and the ability to identify and articulate how our solution supports achievement of the Customers’ strategic business goals. 

The CSM will be expected to work with clients  to establish critical goals, manage account escalations, and nurture customers for advocacy. We are seeking someone who is able to acquire an intimate knowledge of the Introhive product sets, understanding all config options, be able to articulate how they work and be able to translate business requirements in to architectural solutions that deliver client satisfaction.

You will work with customers to design their Customer Experience programs aligned with Introhive philosophy and ensure a positive client experience every time. 

Lastly, we are seeking someone who is comfortable contributing to the development of company goals, growth and profitability targets by being an active member of the Introhive team and culture.

What You’ve Accomplished:

  • 7 to 10 years experience in a similar role
  • Collaborative team player as you will work alongside Marketing and Sales alike.
  • Familiarity working with clients of all sizes.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and analytical
  • Must have implementation skills around CRM 
  • Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly.
